STAFF PAGE - This is where you will find our adult volunteers. The fact is that each one of these adults are youth ministers. Each one has a love for the teens of Derby Nazarene and their friends. We all want to see each teenager accept Jesus Christ and hang with us in Heaven as we celebrate the incredible magisty of Christ. You are invited; so what are you waiting for? It is either Heaven or Hell so which do you choose?

Paul McKee -
youth pastor (YPP)

Paul has been involved in youth ministry in one form or another since he graduated high school. After graduation, his youth Pastor put him to work as a sponsor in the group. Paul has been involved ever since. Called to ministry when he was in high school, Paul ran from the call and didn't get into full-time (no other job) youth ministry until coming here to Derby. "When God calls you to do something, nothing else you do will ever be completely succussful" - (Bowman).

Ronnie Clites
NYI President/Treasurer -
Ronnie is willing and able to take on any video game challenge including but not limited to Halo! Ronnie loves the teens very much and has been doing an incredible job of mentoring and being faithful in prayer for them. Ronnie is also sometimes called, Ronnikins thanks to Aubrey T.

Aaron Clites (Halo stud)-
NYI Vice President
Aaron has been working with youth off and on since his junior year in high school when he started attending a new church that didn't have anything for the teens. He worked with the pastor at that church to get a youth group started there. He started working with the youth here at Derby in late September of 2007 and has been a great help since then. The teens love Aaron and still can't beat him at any game on XBOX 360. Just say Halo and he's in; no matter what time of the day or night it is.

Tana McKee -
Tana has no choice in working with the teens. She is married to YPP so she is a youth sponsor by default. Actually, she loves teenagers and has found a place quickly here at Adrenaline Rush. She is ready to work with teens one on one or lead a Sunday school class whenever a teacher can't make it. Tana has been working as a youth sponsor for 15 years now. She started just after she started dating YPP and has been doing it since.

Dave Thrush (a.k.a. the OLDER one)-
Dave... full of wisdom, been in youth ministry for almost 20 years definitely over the hill and yet a blast to hang around even though he's quite OLD! Has a wonderful, beautiful wife that has to put up with him daily! Poor Sheila! What an incredible minister he is to the teens. If it needs done; Dave is on it.

Jamie Thompson - you will just have to come and find out more about her. She has recently joined our team and is excited about mentoring teenagers. She is very compassionate and loves to listen as teens unload their baggage on her.

Joy Shellenberger - Joy is a sweet young lady who spends time mentoring younger teenage girls. She is a great addition to our team of sponsors for many reasons. Joy loves texting so break out the cell phone and fire away.
